We operate our markets using a priority point system designed to rank vendors by their attendance and successful sales volume. It is similar to a Frequent Flier Program, but with immediate seating perks. This transparent approach protects the long-term interests of our most senior members, but also allows for new entrants to earn they way into better booth placement & market rights.

Earning Priority Points

There are two ways to earn priority points:

  • One point is awarded for each event successfully attended.
  • One point for every $250 in sales commissions paid

Points are only awarded at the end of each Market day in which the vendor checked-in, vended and submitted a completed sales report. If you attend, but fail to drop a sales envelope that day, then you will lose your points for that day.

Priority Point Status

Vendor point ranks are used to prioritize booth placements for all markets. They are also utilized at our many special events, including Head of the Hooch and the Holiday Markets.

New Vendor

An accepted market vendor with fewer than 15 Priority Points is classified as an Approved Vendor.  Approved Vendors are not eligible to participate in certain market programs, such as reserved booths, until they reach a higher point tier (varies by market/venue).

All vendors will be anonymously inspected by members of our review panel during the course of live market events;  it is expected that the vendor will have a booth presentation, product selection and overall quality level that was conveyed through photos and description when their application was selected.

Full Vendor (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum and Diamond tiers)

An Approved Vendor who has successfully passed their live market inspection and earned 15 or more Priority Points is considered a Full Vendor. Full Vendors pay reduced setup fees for some markets, and are eligible to apply for a reserved booth and participate in other special events & programs.
