Rents are collected using an ACH payment system (electronic bank draft).  We do not accept cash, checks or credit card payments for studio rents.

If you anticipate a problem with your upcoming ACH payment, contact us immediately — at least three business days before your scheduled payment date.  We will do our best to modify your payment schedule to avoid bank penalties, but only our accounting team has access to the ACH system (so give us plenty of notice).  In addition, the ACH process (coordinated by the Federal Reserve Bank) takes several days to process changes so last-minute changes are not possible.
